How long does it take to ship my order?

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order, occasionally this may be longer during busy periods. We hand-make our products in small batches to ensure products reach you as fresh as possible, which does take time! Once your order is ready to ship, in the UK the tracked 48 shipping service takes around 2 days.

Is your shipping recyclable?

Our shipping boxes and packaging are both 100% biodegradable so pop it in your compost or in with your food waste.

Returns

How long do returns take?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

30 Days to Return

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us at hello@earthieorganics.com and we'll help you place the return.
